Build your career while building communities.
At Rural Impact Foundation (RIF), we believe that meaningful change begins with people who are willing to step forward and serve their communities. Volunteering with RIF is an opportunity to use your time, skills and experience to help rural communities access education, employment information, healthcare awareness, government welfare information, livelihood opportunities and essential knowledge.
As a volunteer, you can become a bridge between rural communities and opportunities that can improve their lives. You may work with children and young people to encourage education and career awareness, support women through skills and livelihood initiatives, help communities understand health and welfare services, or participate in environmental and village-development activities. Every interaction can create awareness, confidence and a positive change.
Be the person who makes a difference.
We are looking for responsible, committed and community-minded individuals who want to contribute to rural development. You do not need to have a particular professional background. What matters most is your willingness to learn, communicate with people, work as part of a team and dedicate your efforts towards a meaningful cause.
Volunteers can contribute at different levels across rural communities, depending on their location, skills and responsibilities. Opportunities include Divisional Manager, District Manager, Block Manager and Gram Panchayat Coordinator roles. These positions provide an opportunity to engage directly with communities, support awareness initiatives and help connect people with education, employment, welfare and development opportunities.
Your time can create lasting impact.
- A conversation with a student can inspire a career.
- A training session can help someone discover a livelihood.
- The right information can help a family access an important service.
- A few hours of your time can become an opportunity for someone else.
If you believe that rural India deserves greater access to opportunity, information and awareness, join us and become part of the change.
